Your records are stored on this iPhone; there is no automatic cloud backup or analytics tracking. If you like, you can create an encrypted backup and move it to your new iPhone.
When your subscription ends, you can still view, export and delete your records. New records, editing and summaries require Premium.
Reminders you have set up continue until you turn them off. Turning on new reminders requires a subscription.
Yes. The App Store renews the subscription automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. To avoid being charged after the trial, you also need to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
