This Privacy Policy applies to the Oveluni iOS app (including Apple Watch reminders), the oveluni.com website and the emails you send us for support.
Oveluni is a tool that helps you organize your personal records. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency healthcare. The app is intended for users aged 13 and over.

03The records you keep in the app
In shortThe records you enter in the app are stored on this iPhone. There is no automatic cloud backup or analytics tracking.
The information you enter in Oveluni is:
- Your medication plans and medication logs (taken, skipped, note)
- Your period days and cycle records
- Your pregnancy and postpartum records
- Your daily check-ins (mood, energy) and notes
- Your doctor visits (date, doctor, hospital and institution, note)
- Your profile type, tracking areas, display and reminder preferences
- Your profile photo, if you choose to add one
These records are stored on this iPhone. There is no automatic cloud backup or analytics tracking in the app. Because some of this information is health data, we chose to keep it only on your device.
04Account (optional)
In shortYou can use the app without an account. Even if you sign in with Apple, your records stay on this device.
You can use Oveluni without creating an account. If you wish, you can use Sign in with Apple. In that case, depending on your choice, Apple may share your name and email address (or Apple's private relay address).
Your records are stored on this device and are not deleted when you sign out.
05Backups and moving to a new iPhone
In shortYou create the backup. The backup file is encrypted with your password, and you decide where it is stored.
In Settings, you can create a backup file, restore from a file or move to a new iPhone.
- The backup file is encrypted with a password of at least 12 characters.
- It contains all your records, including hidden areas; adding your profile preferences and photo is optional.
- Account and subscription information is not included in the backup.
- Oveluni cannot recover your password. If you forget it, the backup cannot be opened.
You decide where to save the backup file; the file is subject to the rules of the place where you save it.
06Notifications and app lock
In shortYou can hide medication names and visit details in notifications, and lock the app with Face ID.
Reminders appear as notifications on your iPhone and Apple Watch. With the Notification Privacy settings, you can hide medication names and visit and pregnancy details, so that only neutral text appears on the lock screen.
When App Lock is on, Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode is required to open Oveluni. This check is done by the iPhone's own system; Oveluni does not access face or fingerprint data.
07PDF reports and sharing
In shortYou choose what the report covers. You also decide who to share it with.
For a PDF report, you choose the date range (7, 30, 90 days or custom) and the categories. Your notes are not included in the report by default. You can review the sharing scope before saving the report.
Once you save or share the report, the file is under the control of the app or person you chose. Oveluni does not send the report to anyone on its own.
08Subscription and payments
In shortPayments are made through Apple. Your card details do not reach us.
Oveluni Premium subscriptions are purchased through the App Store, and payments are processed by Apple. Your payment and card details stay with Apple; Oveluni does not access this information.
You can manage or cancel your subscription from Manage Subscription in the app, or in iPhone Settings by tapping your name and then Subscriptions. When your subscription ends, your records are not deleted; you can keep viewing, exporting and deleting them.
09Analytics, advertising and tracking
In shortThere is no analytics tracking in the app. Your records are not used for advertising.

If you have chosen in your iPhone settings to share analytics data with app developers, Apple may share diagnostic information such as crash reports with us under its own rules. You can change this preference in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
10Website and contact form
In shortThis site uses no cookies, tracking analytics or advertising tools; we only keep total page view counts, without cookies and without identifying anyone. We keep the message you send through the contact form only to reply to you.
oveluni.com uses no cookies, tracking analytics or advertising tools; fonts and code are loaded from our own server.
To see how much each page is read, we keep total page view counts without cookies and without identifying anyone: only one number per day, page and language; if you arrived through a link, only the name of the site you came from (e.g. google.com). Your IP address, browser details or the pages you visit are not recorded; these counts cannot reveal who you are.
When you write to us through the form on the contact page, we store the topic you chose, your email address and your message; your name and device details if you entered them; and the language of the page you sent it from. We use these only to reply to you. Form messages are deleted automatically after 12 months.
To protect the form against automated submissions, we do not store your IP address; we keep only a digest derived from it and your browser details, and delete them after 30 days. The form does not use cookies.
To separate unwanted advertising and automated submissions, messages sent through the form are checked automatically (e.g. number of links, known advertising patterns); your browser also performs a small verification calculation when sending the form. Messages set aside this way are kept in a separate folder without an IP digest or browser details and are deleted after 30 days.
For the “Was this article helpful?” votes under blog posts we do not store your IP address either; to prevent repeat votes on the same article on the same day we keep only a digest derived from it, which is deleted after 2 days. Votes do not use cookies.
As with any website, the server hosting the site may keep technical access logs such as IP address, browser type and time of visit.
If anything changes on the site (e.g. a new measurement tool is added), we will update this policy in advance.
11When you email us
In shortWe use your email only to reply to you and resolve your request.
When you write to us by email or through the contact form, we receive your email address, your name if you share it, your message and, if you attach them, your device information or screenshots. We use these only to understand your issue and reply to you.
You do not need to share your health records or medication information. Please do not send them unless they are needed to explain the issue.
Messages sent through the contact form are kept in our admin panel and deleted automatically after 12 months; a notification of the message may also be sent to our support email address.
12Exporting and deleting your records
In shortYou can export or delete your records at any time.
You can export your records as a backup file or a PDF report; this is possible even after your subscription ends.
You can delete the records you choose in Settings → Privacy & Security → Data Privacy. When you remove the app from your iPhone, the iPhone also deletes the app's data on the device. Backup files you created earlier remain where you saved them; you need to delete them separately.
13Age limit
In shortOveluni is intended for users aged 13 and over.

14Your rights and how to apply
In shortTo exercise your rights regarding your data, you can write to info@oveluni.com.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request its deletion or destruction, and request that third parties to whom it was transferred be notified of these actions
- Object to a result against you arising solely from analysis by automated systems
- Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
Because your app records stay on your device, you can view, export and delete them directly in the app. We conclude the requests you send us free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you find our reply insufficient, you can file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
15Changes and effective date
In shortIf we update the policy, we will publish it on this page with its date.
We may update this policy in line with changes to the app or the site. The current version is always on this page; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
