These Terms of Use govern your use of the Oveluni iOS app and the oveluni.com website. By downloading and using the app, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, you should not use the app.

02What Oveluni is, and what it is not
In shortOveluni helps you organize your personal records. It is not a medical service.
Oveluni is a personal record-keeping tool that helps you keep your medication plans and logs, cycle days, daily check-ins, doctor visits, and pregnancy and postpartum records in one place, set reminders, look at your summaries and prepare PDF reports.
Oveluni does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency healthcare. As the app's own screens also state:
- Summaries reflect your records; they do not diagnose or predict future cycles.
- There are no fertility, ovulation or pregnancy predictions.
- A medication plan is the plan you entered; it is not a medical verification.
- Pregnancy dates are estimates based on the information you entered; they are not a health assessment.
For decisions about your health, consult your doctor. In an emergency, call 112.
03Age limit
In shortOveluni is intended for users aged 13 and over.
Oveluni is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, we recommend reading these terms together with a parent or guardian.
04Account and device
In shortYou do not have to create an account. Your records stay on this device.
You can use Oveluni without creating an account; Sign in with Apple is optional. Your records are stored on this device and are not deleted when you sign out.
Because your records are on your iPhone, protecting your device passcode and, if you wish, turning on App Lock (Face ID, Touch ID or device passcode) is up to you.
05Premium subscription and free trial
In shortPremium is purchased monthly or yearly through the App Store. If eligible, it starts with a 7-day free trial.
Oveluni Premium covers medication and cycle tracking, your daily check-ins and summaries, iPhone and Apple Watch reminders, badges and reports whose content you choose. Current plans and prices are shown on the Premium page and in the App Store; prices may vary by country.
- New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial if you are eligible. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Any unused portion of the trial ends when you purchase a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription from Manage Subscription in the app, or in iPhone Settings by tapping your name and then Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
06Refunds
In shortBecause Apple processes the payments, your refund requests are also handled through Apple.
Because purchases are processed by Apple, Oveluni cannot refund payments directly. You can submit a refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple Support; Apple reviews your request under its own rules.
07When your subscription ends
In shortYour records are not deleted. You can view, export and delete them.
When your subscription ends, your records are not deleted. You can keep viewing them, exporting them as a PDF report or backup file, and deleting them. You can access your reports even without an active subscription.
Premium is required to add new records, edit records and see summaries.
08Your records and backups
In shortYour records belong to you and stay on your device. Making regular backups is up to you.
The content you enter in the app belongs to you. Because your records are stored on your device, if your iPhone is lost or reset, or you remove the app, and you have no backup, your records may not be recoverable.
We recommend making regular encrypted backups from Settings. Your backup password is at least 12 characters long and Oveluni cannot recover your password; if you forget it, the backup cannot be opened.
09Reminders
In shortReminders are an aid. They should not be your only safeguard for your medications.
Reminders depend on the notification settings of your iPhone and Apple Watch. If notification permission is off, a Focus mode is on or the device is turned off, reminders may be delayed or may not appear.
No reminder completes a record on its own. We recommend also using another tracking method for your important medications and visits.
10Acceptable use
In shortYou may use Oveluni for personal and lawful purposes.
You may use Oveluni only for personal and lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:
- Copying, selling, renting or distributing the app or any part of it
- Reverse engineering the app or attempting to access its source code
- Attempting to bypass security measures and subscription checks
- Using the app in a way that infringes the rights of others
11Intellectual property and license
In shortOveluni's name, design and software belong to us; the records you enter belong to you.
The Oveluni name, logo, design, texts and software belong to Voldi Creative and are protected by the applicable legislation. We provide the app to you under a limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive license for personal use. The records you enter in the app belong to you.
The app is provided through the App Store together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
12Limits of liability
In shortWe develop Oveluni with care, but you should consult your doctor for medical decisions.
We take care to make Oveluni work properly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always work without interruption or errors. The information in the app is based on the records you enter; consult your doctor for medical decisions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. This clause does not remove your statutory rights as a consumer.
13Changes to the service and the terms
In shortWe may update these terms as we develop the app; the new version is published on this page.
We may add new features to Oveluni, change existing features or remove some of them. If we update these terms, we will publish the new version on this page with its date. Continuing to use the app after the update means you accept the new terms.
14Governing law and disputes
In shortThese terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. For disputes arising from consumer transactions, you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits set by law, and to the Consumer Courts where those limits are exceeded.
